Building safe gaming communities is at the core of Lumin, and as children are apart of many gaming communities their safety is something we take very seriously.
If you have safety concerns you can report another user from their profile page for our staff to review.
In urgent matters, or if you are not a Lumin user, you can also contact us via child-safety@lumin.gg.
Instances of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) will be reported to law enforcement.
